These books etc. come from my father-in-law's estate. We have an entire weaving and yarn shop inventory to sell that was filled to the brim.
This book was found in a locked glass bookcase in my father-in-law's yarn shop.
This book is in ACCEPTABLE condition. There is no dust jacket.
Actual front and back boards have some damage. Front cover has a bend in the lower right corner.
Back cover has a larger one in the lower left cover.
No marks or highlighting in text except for a signature in pencil on the front inside page. Pages are crisp, clean and unmarked.
Cover lies flat. Some color photographs. Illustrated, collectible, 1 st
edition. We think this was my husbands' aunt's go to book for dolls. It has obviously been used. There are bends in the lower corners of both the front and back covers. There are 2 stains on the contents/acknowledgments page. All else looks pretty good except it needs to be partially re-glued into the spine. This book has tons of information in it, and we can see why it was her 'go to' doll book. It just needs a little love and a new family. Please help us find this book a new home! PLEASE NOTE: Because eBay is composed of soulless, bloodsucking monsters, and because it is forcing us to use an ISBN number for a book that DOES have an ISBN number, we used one of a random book, which even then doesn't appear to be correct. Our book is after-ISBN numbers and the correct number is 0517530546. The Library of Congress number is not listed. Please see copyright page for more information. Note: Right now, we are pricing things to MOVE, just to get them out of the house, so we can move more bulky items in their place. We are running out of room. Shipping – All books are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday on the first day possible after payment is received around 8 to 9 AM. They are shipped by Media Mail in heavy brown paper, similar to a grocery paper bag. All wrapping and shipping materials are recycled from the cardboard to bubble wrap to 50 year old envelopes. Our packages are ugly, but are very carefully wrapped to arrive safely.
